• The launch of our metal detectable silicone product line
• 20% growth in our team as we add members with strong experience in silicone rubber compounding and silicone sheeting
• The tripling of our curing capacity with new equipment investments
• Continued investments in our lab, including the addition of a second Tensometer
• Enterprise resource planning (ERP) investments for best-in-class performance from material resource planning (MRP) to quoting and quality management.
• Joining the Gasket Fabricators Association (GFA) and having the pleasure of connecting with so many great companies in our industry
• Maintaining an on-time delivery rate of 99.99%.
• Having a customer complaint/defect rate of <.05%.
• Participating in various personal protective equipment programs (PPE) to help support the fight against COVID-19.
