AMS3348 Silicone

AMS3348 silicone meets an AMS standard for high-strength, high-resiliency 30 durometer silicone rubber in the form of sheets, strips, tubing, extrusions, and molded shapes. It applies to seals and gaskets used in demanding aerospace applications, requiring a high tensile strength of 1150 psi (7.93 MPa). This material is resistant to weathering and petroleum-based lubricants but is not recommended for use with gasoline due to potential swelling.
