ESS60MD is 60-durometer metal detectable silicone sheeting that supports the detection of finished-part fragments in food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, or nutraceuticals.
This material contains special fillers that can be detected with standard metal detection and X-ray inspection systems that are used in these processing industries.
It’s easily die cut and provides a superior gasket and sealing solution. Choose thicknesses from .010” to .500”, and widths up to 60”. Various opaque colors are available.
