ESS45VB is 45-durometer vacuum blanket silicone sheeting that’s designed for applications requiring higher physical properties than general-purpose silicone and medium-strength silicone. It’s easily configured and has key applications in the construction of vacuum blankets and vacuum bladders.
It’s easily die cut and provides a superior gasket and sealing solution. Choose thicknesses from .010” to .500”, and widths up to 62”. Standard matt surface finish and fabric finish are available on one or both sides.

- High temperature resistance up to 450ºF (500ºF intermittent)
- Low temperature resistance down to -80ºF
