ESS40LO is 40-durometer low outgassing silicone sheeting that is specially formulated and processed to minimize the release of volatile compounds that could contaminate lenses, sensors, or electronics under vacuum and/or heat.
It meets ASTM E595 requirements and provides a superior gasket and sealing solution for aerospace, defense, electronics, optics, medical devices, and other critical applications.
This material is easy to die cut and comes in thicknesses from 0.010” to 0.500”, and in widths up to 36”.
