ElastaPro manufactures high-performance closed-cell silicone sponge sheet in medium density, designed specifically for outdoor enclosure gaskets, thermal isolation, and electronic enclosure seals.
Our sponge sheeting features a fine fabric finish on both sides and is available in continuous rolls up to 1/2″ thick, and molded sheets up to 2″ thick. This cellular structure provides outstanding sealing performance with very low closure force, preventing moisture and dust ingress without deforming sensitive enclosure panels.
Compliant with AMS 3195, MIL-R-46089, and ASTM D1056, our silicone sponge can be slit to custom widths and laminated with high-strength pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA) for rapid installation.
